SHIPPING POLICY

We currently only ship our products within Great Britain. We regret that we cannot ship our products to Northern Ireland, EU or Worldwide at this time.

Available shipping options:

- Standard shipping

Standard GB Tracked delivery - £3.95, GB Tracked delivery for orders over £40 - FREE

All orders are dispatched with our preferred couriers. Parcels are usually delivered within 2-5 working days after dispatch, but may take up to 7 working days during busy periods. Tracking details will be provided by couriers with an exact time and date for your delivery, either by SMS or email.

- Free Leeds drop-off

All orders over £10 within a central Leeds postcode are eligible for free drop off. Orders aim to be delivered within 1-3 days. Further details will be confirmed at the time before delivery is attempted.

 

- Free Leeds pick-up

 

Orders within Leeds are eligible for free pickup from a set location. Orders aim to be ready for pickup within 1-3 days. Further details will be confirmed at the time before collection is attempted.

arrival time

We dispatch parcels every weekday - we aim to dispatch your parcel within 3 working days. Delivery may take up to 7 working days after this point. Some areas may experience further delay due to the Covid-19 situation or the weather.

cancellation

We start packing your order as soon as it's placed, so we cannot guarantee cancellations or amendments to your order. 

refund

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you can send it back to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be in the exact condition they were received - we unfortunately cannot accept returns on candles that have been lit or burnt. Buyers are responsible for return postage.

My items were damaged, what should I do?

We always package your items with the greatest care, but sometimes breakages do occur. Please send us an email at wixtrixcandles@gmail.com with your order number and details of the damage - photographs of the damage will help us to resolve issues quickly and help us to learn what went wrong. Refunds and replacements will be provided at our discretion.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please do keep us updated with your experience of our products via reviews or email.

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you can send it back to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. We will replace or refund most goods provided they are returned to us complete, unused, in their original packaging and with any security tags intact.  Items must be in the exact condition they were received - we unfortunately cannot accept returns on candles that have been lit or burnt. Buyers are responsible for return postage.
